DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL DOWNLOADS OF YOUR ART?
No, sorry. At this point I do not offer digital versions of my art.    

SHIPPING

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
For non custom products, once full payment is received items will ship within 2 - 3 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays excluded.

Custom and personalized products are made to order, and the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details of production and shipping times, see individual items. 

All printable orders are sent via email only. No physical item will be shipped.

I ship through USPS first class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like insurance please contact me before you place your order so I can calculate any additional fees that might be added to your purchase.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I do ship internationally but please note that I cannot guarantee your package will arrive by a certain date. Please allow 3–5 weeks for international delivery. This is an estimate only and will vary by destination, time of year and customs. 

A few important details about international shipping:

International customers are responsible for any additional customs tariffs, VAT, duty or import charges your country might impose on your package, and must accept any delays caused by such processes, since it's out of our control. I can not predict what these tariffs will be, since they vary by country.
